Clients: Clients are individuals and organizations facing decisions on complex issues that have serious, costly, and far-reaching consequences, and where there are many competing stakeholders and agendas that make objectivity, clarity, and confidentiality around the decisions virtually unobtainable. Clients with these types of situations are eligible for Envision Solutions services.
Fees: Fees are set at a standard flat rate, quoted as "Firm Fixed Price (FFP), and are for services on a retainer basis for up to 12 months duration. For the majority of clients the fee is all inclusive and covers all travel, materials, and other costs. Fees are non-negotiable. Fees are non-refundable except under limited conditions (this is necessary because Envision Solutions contracts to provide objectivity and honesty and some results can be difficult for some clients). Envision Solutions reserves the right to extend hourly rates or waive any fees deemed appropriate for the purpose of charity, greater good, or other worthwhile works the company may undertake.
Limitations: Envision Solutions services cover business and organizational dynamics, and may include personal advisory roles. Envision Solutions serves an exclusive and limited clientele. Not all clients can afford or qualify for Envision Solutions services. Envision Solutions does not support illegal activity (which voids customer rights to absolute confidentiality), and cooperates fully with law enforcement. In order to ensure absolute client confidentiality Envision Solutions does not provide references or advertise past clientele, information about company operations is not publically available, and data security practices are used.
